| William Thomas Newberry never married and had no known children. At the time of the 1891 Census he was 19 years old, living with his parents, and working as a blacksmith's apprentice. By the date of his death 7 years later he was a street car conductor. He died of Phthisis - a wasting disease involving all or part of the body, much like pulmonary tuberculosis. His death notice described it as a "long and painful illness". |
