"MORTON - On May 31st, at 22, William Henry-street, Robert, the beloved husband of Margaret Ellen Morton, aged 72 years. R.I.P. `Oh Scared Heart of Jesus, I put all my trust in Thee' Requiem Mass and Interment, St. Patrick's Church, Higher Walton, Wednesday, at 9:30am.

Robert and Margaret Ellen Morton are buried together in the churchyard of Our Lady and St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, Walton-le-Dale, Lancashire. The only information I have regarding their burials is based on the above monument inscription. I have not yet seen the burial register entries.
