The Family of Robert and Mary Ann Morton: Burial Records

MONUMENT INSCRIPTIONS:

(Mary Ann Morton is buried in an unmarked public grave at Preston Cemetery. Robert is buried in a private grave but I have not yet visited that grave.)

BURIAL RECORDS:

Mrs. Mary Ann Morton, age 44 years, of 5 Christ Church Place, was buried 13 August 1897 in a public grave, Plot N-409, in the Roman Catholic section of Preston Cemetery.

Robert Morton, age 48 Years, of 9 Stocks Road, Ashton, was buried 5 January 1900 in a private grave, Plot B-255 in the Roman Catholic section of Preston Cemetery. The grave was purchased by his brother-in-law John Moss and Robert's was the 2nd Interment.
