NOTES:
1:	John was baptized privately by a doctor which leads me to suspect that he was not expected to survive. He did and was "received into the church" a month later.
2:	The first four children were baptized at Christ Church in Douglas in Parbold and the last three were baptized at St Peter's, Mawdesley.
3:	Thomas and Elizabeth's full address at the time of Henrietta's baptism was Goodman's Lane End.
