THE FAMILY OF WILLIAM WRIGHT
| William Wright was the son of Robert Wright and Margaret Riding (sometimes spelled Ryding), who were married by licence at
St Mary's Parish Church in Penwortham, Lancashire on 21 September 1898. William was born c. 1907 but I have not yet found his baptism record. The family moved from Longton to a farm in Brindle in about 1899 then to Ulnes Walton sometime after the birth of their son Nicholas in 1901. At the time of the 1901 Census they were still living in Brindle: |
