The Whittle Family of Croston

Henry and Thurston Whittle were the sons of Thurston Whittle and Catherine Colton, who were married at
St Michael & All Angels Church in Croston on 5 May 1880. Henry Whittle was born on 12 March 1882 and baptized on 28 March 1882 and Thurston Whittle Jr. was born on 23 June 1893 and baptized on 30 July 1893, both in the parish church at Croston.

Kate Whittle died on 8 July 1896 and Thurston Whittle Sr. died on 8 October 1932. They are buried together at the Parish Church in Croston:

"In loving Memory of...Kate, who died July 8th 1896,
Also Thurston Whittle, who died October 8th 1932..."
