The Family of Matthew Chadwick

Matthew Chadwick was the son of Thomas Chadwick and Margaret Silcock, who were married in Croston Parish Church on 12 February 1861. He was the seventh of at least ten children, and was born on 13 January 1874.

Thomas and Margaret lived most of their lives in Croston and are buried together in the churchyard of St Michael and All Angels Church, along with several of their children.
