THE FAMILY OF MARY BANNISTER

 

Mary Bannister was the daughter of Randal Bannister and Mary Trafford, who were married on 22 April 1838 at St Michael & All Angels Parish Church in Croston, Lancashire.

Mary was born on 27 April 1842 and baptized at the same church on 8 May 1842.

At the time of the 1861 Census Randal was working as an Agricultural Labourer in Croston:

Randal and Mary Bannister are buried in the churchyard at St Michael & All Angels Parish Church in Croston:

"In Memory of
Randal Bannister,
who died 4th December 1871 aged 66 years.
Also Mary Bannister,
Who died 2nd July 1884 aged 79 years.
Also Randal, son of Thomas and Ann Bannister
grandson of the above,
who died 28th July 1904 aged 27 years"
