FAMILY HISTORY: NORRIS
THE FAMILY OF WILLIAM DALTON
William Dalton was the son of James Dalton, born in Croston on 8 January 1815, and Ellen Stirzaker, born in Croston on 1 February 1816, who were married on 8 October 1836 at St Michael & All Angels Parish Church in Croston. William was born on 20 May 1859 and baptized at the same church on 3 July 1859. The only other information I have about his family at this time comes from the 1881 Census: |
