"In Affectionate Memory of John Cottam, who died 22nd March 1892 aged 38 years
Also, Elizabeth Ellen, Daughter of John & Ann Cottam, who died 28th January 1881 aged 12 Months.
Also, Margaret Jane, Daughter, died 11th November 1888 aged 2 years
also, Ann, widow of above, who died 5th September 1935 aged 82 years.
Also their two children who died in infancy"

1: I have not been able to positively identify the two infants mentioned on the headstone.
