"LOCAL INTELLIGENCE - VALUABLE PRESENT: Thomas Norris, Esq., of Howick Hall, has this week presented to the Institution for the Diffusion of Knowledge, four cases of insects, containing from 700 to 800 valuable specimens; also a splendid Galvanic Apparatus. A similar present of insects has been made to the Literary and Philosophical Institution." |
