NOTE:
In both the 1881 and 1891 Census, Emma is shown with a son called William Everson, but judging by young William's age he was born c. 1876 and Emma didn't marry her second husband, William George Everson until 1879. I believe that the William Walter Henry Everson, son of William and Emma Everson, listed next below is the son of William George Everson and Emma Ann Clark, born before they married. His baptism records his surname as Everson when it was almost certainly Clark.

NOTES:
1: Emma Ann and her family seem to have moved around London quite a bit and I have not yet located the baptism records for all of her children.
2: Many of the street names have changed over the years. Charles Street in Stepney is now called Watney Street. Most of George Street, Bethnal Green was wiped out by the railway and what little is left was renamed Code Street. James Street in Bethnal Green is now called Chilton Street and looks nothing like it would have done in 1876.
3: As a rule, early Church of England baptism registers did not record the child's date of birth, but many clergy entered the birth dates in as additional information.
4: Church of England baptism registers do not normally record the names of Godparents.
5: The above information is taken from scanned images of the original registers at www.ancestry.co.uk.
