THE FAMILY OF FLORENCE MAE BELL

 

Florence Mae Bell was the daughter of Charles Allen Bell and Edith U Cauvel, who were married in about 1905. By the time of the 1910 Census the couple had had their first child, Earl, who was born c. 1906, and were living in Cherrytree:

By 1920 the family had grown with the addition of Florence on 12 November 1911, and were now living on a small farm in Cherrytree:

3: The highest grade of school completed by Charles was 7th grade, while Edith and Florence each completed the 8th grade.
4: Edith was asked the Supplementary Questions, and answered that her parents were born in Pennsylvania, English was spoken at home during her childhood, and that she was a housewife in the farming industry. She either didn't answer or wasn't asked the questions regarding her marriage and children.
