Robert Boocock emigrated to America sometime between his release from prison and the date of the 1900 American Census (see below).

1900 CENSUS OF LAWRENCE, MASSACHUSETTS:
NAME: RELATION: CONDITION: SEX: AGE: OCCUPATION: BIRTHPLACE:
Robert Bowcock Boarder Single M 37 Comber (Woolen) England
NOTES:
1: Living at 630 Broadway, Lawrence, Massachusetts. (The home of Amelia Ackroyd and family)
2: The American Census recorded more information than the English Census did at this time, including the information that Robert was white, born in April 1863, that both of his parent's were born in England, that he immigrated to the United States in 1899 and had been living there for one year, that he was an alien, had been unemployed for two months during that year, and was able to read, write and speak English.
3: Robert gave his marital status as Single and I have been unable to find any record of his wife after the birth of their third child. I can not find any record of her death or burial and suspect that she left Robert while he was in prison. If this is the case, he may have considered himself single as he would have known that he would never see his wife (and their surviving daughter Frances) again.
4: Robert's reason for emigrating to Lawrence, Massachusetts was probably twofold; His younger sisters Agnes and Mary Josephine had both emigrated to Massachusetts some years before - and the cotton and woolen mills in Massachusetts and Rhode Island were recruiting heavily in Lancashire at around that time. There is quite a bit of information on-line about the history of the cotton industry in that part of America and about the influx of cotton workers from Lancashire and other parts of England.
5: The above information, recorded on 4 June 1900, is taken from scanned copies of the census available on-line through various websites - including www.ancestry.co.uk.

1910 CENSUS OF FALL RIVER, MASSACHUSETTS:
NAME: RELATION: CONDITION: SEX: AGE: OCCUPATION: BIRTHPLACE:
Robert Boocock Head Married M 47 Comber Tender England
Mary Boocock Wife Married F 46 Spreader Tender England
NOTES:
1: Living at 25 Walker Street, Fall River, Massachusetts.
2: Additional information recorded was that both Robert and Mary were white, that both sets of parent's were born in England, that he immigrated to the United States in 1896, she in 1897, that he was an alien, that they both worked in a Thread Mill, and were both able to read and write.
3: The Census record Robert and Mary as having been married 27 years and that she was the mother of two children. In fact, they were not yet married and Mary's two children were by her previous marriage.
4: Robert and Mary were married the following year but had no children together.
5: The above information, recorded on 19 April 1910, is taken from scanned copies of the Census available on-line through various websites - including www.ancestry.co.uk.

The Census record below is almost certainly Robert and Mary Boocock, despite the misspelling of their surname

1920 CENSUS OF NEW BEDFORD, MASSACHUSETTS:
NAME: RELATION: CONDITION: SEX: AGE: OCCUPATION: BIRTHPLACE:
Robert Bulcock Head Married M 57 Supply Clerk England
Mary Bulcock Wife Married F 55 Spreader England

2: Additional information recorded was that both Robert and Mary were white, that both sets of parent's were born in England, that they immigrated to the United States in 1897 and became naturalized Americans in 1913. Both worked in a cotton mill, were able to read and write, and lived in a rented house.
3: Their surname is often misspelled and I have seen it as Bocock, Bowcock, Babcock, and Beaucock.
4: This is the last appearance for Robert Boocock, who died 4 years after the date of this Census.
5: The above information, recorded on 1 January 1920, is taken from scanned copies of the Census available on-line through various websites - including www.ancestry.co.uk.
