Mary Alice, wife of John Henry Mayor
of Ulnes Walton,
Died May 1st 1908, aged 40 years.
Also John, their son,
Died December 5th 1901, aged 1 year 8 months.
Also Mary Alice, their daughter,
Died November 3rd 1908, aged 7 months.
Also John Thomas, their son,
Died September 17th 1922, aged 20 years.
Also Jane, second wife of John Henry Mayor,
Died April 25th 1944, aged 64 years.
Also the above John Henry Mayor,
Died December 15th, 1951, aged 88 years."

No. 2123:	John Thomas Mayor, of Southport Road, Ulnes Walton, age 20 years
	Buried 21 September 1922, Grave D 118, by Thomas A. Walton, Rector.
