NOTES:
1: The original burial registers for St Oswald's Church do not record grave numbers and there is no way to determine if Mona and Polly are buried in the same grave as Margaret or if they are buried in another grave or graves.
2: Richard Swarbrick Jr was apparently living with his aunt and uncle, John and Edith (Nixon) Swarbrick at the time of his death. Edith was the older sister of Richard's mother Polly (Nixon) Swarbrick.
3: The above information is taken from the original burial registers held at the Lancashire Archives.
