The Family of Mary Goose

Mary's parents, Thomas Goose and Elizabeth Helme, were married on 20 October 1767 at St Helen's Church in Churchtown, Garstang. Mary was baptized at St Thomas' Catholic Church, Claughton-on-Brock, Lancashire on 19 November 1786.

Mary's father Thomas died in May 1824 and her mother Elizabeth died in August 1830 and were buried in the churchyard at St. Helen's Church in Churchtown, near Garstang, Lancashire.
