FAMILY HISTORY: NORRIS
THE FAMILY OF ELIZABETH MOON
Elizabeth Moon was the daughter of Ralph Moon and Nancy Chitson, who were married at St Mary the Virgin Parish Church in Eccleston,
Lancashire on 20 August 1845. At the time of their marriage, Ralph was 20 and Nancy was 17, so they both would have needed their parents' consent to marry.
Elizabeth was baptized at the same church on 5 September 1847, the register did not record her date of birth. By the time of the 1851 Census they were settled in Eccleston: |
