FAMILY HISTORY: SWARBRICK
THE FAMILY OF THOMAS & JANE SLATER
CENSUS INFORMATION:
In 1871, Jane was an unmarried girl, aged 23 years, still living with her parents. Thomas was married to his first wife and they were almost certainly expecting their first child. By 1881 Thomas' first wife had died, he had married Jane Swarbrick, and the couple had settled in Preston where their first child was born: |
