| BURIAL RECORDS: |
| Ellen Francis Swarbrick, daughter William and Alice Swarbrick of Fishergate, Preston, died at the age of 4 weeks. She was buried on 6 August 1853 in the churchyard at St. Ignatius' church in Preston. The officiating priest was Father Richard Corr. Burial No. 3903. |
| Margaret Alice Swarbrick, twin sister of the above Ellen Francis, died at the age of 3 months, and was buried in the same churchyard by Father Richard Cooper on 6 October 1853. Burial No. 3962. |
| Alice Swarbrick, nee' Morton died at Street, Claughton-on-Brock, of Consumption. She was buried on 2 January 1865 in an unmarked common grave in the churchyard of SS Mary & Michael's Roman Catholic Church, Bonds, Garstang, Lancashire. [Grave: N2, plot W, No. 12] |
| William Swarbrick and his second wife Ellen Parkinson were buried in the tiny churchyard cemetery at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Lea, near Preston. The church is across the road from and associated with St. Mary's Catholic school where their daughter Elizabeth was a teacher. |
