BURIAL RECORDS:
Elizabeth Swarbrick, aged 2 years 3 months, died of dysentery and was buried in grave no. 6/5 in the churchyard of St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church, Liverpool on 29 July 1849. Her father was described as an Engine Driver living at Cazneau Street, Liverpool. Margaret, the informant, was present at the death and signed the Register with her mark.

Margaret Swarbrick, age 47, died at her home, 18a Mellor Street, Everton, after suffering the effects of cholera for 10 hours (certified), and was buried in an unmarked public grave, R. C. section 2-1196 at Anfield Cemetery, Liverpool. Her husband Robert, who was with her when she died, was the informant. The service was performed by Rev. Edward Powell. Burial No. 4675.

Robert Swarbrick, age 61, a Licensed Victualler, died at home, 77 Everton Crescent, Everton, and was buried on 26 June 1882 in an unmarked private grave in C. of E. section 21-496 at Everton Cemetery, Everton, Liverpool. According to the Death Certificate, he died of softening of the brain, paralysis, and convulsions, and Mary Pownell, who was present at the death, was the informant. The graveside service was performed by Rev. T. J. Madden. Burial No. 845

Elizabeth Swarbrick, age 82, of 28 Winifred Street, West Derby was buried at noon on 2 December 1908. She was buried with her husband Robert Swarbrick in the C. of E. section 21-496 at Everton Cemetery, Everton, Liverpool. Cost of burial was £1.00. Burial No. 24578.

NOTES:
1: Elizabeth's Death Certificate gives her address - and place of death - as Cazneau Street but the burial register from St. Anthony's church lists it as Comus Street.
2: There seems to be some confusion over the date of Margaret's death. The burial register lists her burial date as 2 October but her Death Certificate indicates that she died on the third. With the high number of deaths in the area during the cholera epidemic mistakes were probably inevitable.
3: The Burial Register from Everton Cemetery lists Robert's address as Everton Brow, Everton.
4: According to the register entry for Margaret, on the same day, in the same grave and from the same address was buried Ann Wilcox, age 24. Her relationship to the family - if any - is unknown.
